I noticed that after the last patch, when you get legged your mech speed is 15kph. Is this intentional?

That always happens if you continue taking damage after being legged. If you escape, the speed will increase to the normal value.

Hey DJ,
This is not a new development and was implemented in a patch months ago. When you get legged you will move at a max KPH of 15 for (I think it's) 10 seconds unless you continue to take damage. After that delay your mech will move at a speed of half your normal maximum velocity, or 40 KPH, whichever is higher. Hope this helps and see you on the battlefield.
