Couldn't find a thread elsewhere so I though i'd start one for this weird bug.
After a few matches my Client just kind of loses it and screws up the mechlab and most text on the page, this does somewhat carry over to matches but less of the text there is viable to mess up.
Another bug encountered was all smoke/impact/firing effects were taking on almost random colours predominantly red or blue. Shame I didn't get any screens of that, 'twas rather pretty.

I am very new to the game, and run it on a much older machine than most here, but I had some issues similar to yours, so I'll take a shot at it.
1) If you are running on the minimum settings, bump them up a notch. I had all sorts of wierdness with some of the textures you mention when I ran the video settings at low. up them back, but maybe drop your resolution if you are having fps issues.
2) Something I read, here, about the game being Dx9, and a conflict with Adobe (which the loadout screen uses). Basically, load up a youtube video, right click on the video, choose settings, and UN-check "Enable hardware acceleration".
I am sure someone will come and give you better answers, but I have no issues after these changes.
