Apparently not being a [redacted]', over a simple mistake, is even harder.
Well, it is certainly a lot harder than spotting an obvious math/proofing issue.

It took me .75 seconds to find that error, and .25 to decide it wasn't worth NOT giving them {Scrap} about it.

If I'd waited longer than the .25 seconds to make my decision, I'd have had to wait a whole .75 second again to decide.

What I find most funny about this sale is it is called the "Cross-Check sale," yet, they forgot to cross-check their poster.

Yeah.

All of a sudden I feel buyers remorse for buying my Boar's Head full price. I knew this day would happen, I just didn't expect it so soon.

Decent sale, Devs -_- Now, as for the Community... cut them some slack, being a graphics designer myself... typos happen in the best and worst of cases... let it go... sales are sales, if you don't want to buy, move along and stop crying about the Devs :P

For someone 'not into this game anymore' you certainly jumped on the forums quick enough to read about a sale...see when I'm not into a product anymore, I just stop visiting it and wasting time on it.

You're the second poster on the thread.

Yet you are here and posting about the sale. So, what's the deal? You just mad and hang around to harass the mods thinking that the devs are going to get upset?

That's like ordering delivery pizza to get back at someone...the only one screwed is the driver who wastes gas driving out there and loses even more money since he could've been doing a real run....

I'm not pugging anymore (and carefully avoiding to do anything but 12mans with my almost disbanded company -since 1 month we neither reach half of the necessary number..-), but I'm still hoping that PGI might change the destiny of the game, so I'm checking it out nevertheless, to see if there's any progress from their side, like I did with the UI 2.0 test yesterday.
Just to take a look about how they still haven't taken a single feedback regarding their uber-functional mechlab, yet hoping that sometimes in the future this game could become appealing again, maybe when CW will ever come or when they'll realize that they can't keep balancing things by nerfing every aspect of the game, instead of finding the root/cause of the problems.

Finally, because I've "bought" the game, and even founded it..

Back IT.. when did the Misery ever went on sale? I have missed that, I thought this was the first time.

TBH, this is the first Misery sale, and this probably is the first Boar's Head Sale.

If the Misery was on sale before, I don't remember its date (reference requested).

I do remember that the Heavy Metal being on sale at least twice.

Here's the problem... What's the ACTUAL price of the premium time? Is it the lower amount in the image, OR, is it supposed to be 40% off of 750?

I prefer the latter.

If there's ONE THING, you absolutely, positively don't want to [redacted] up, it's your marketing/advertising. That sort of thing that gets people sued.

You should probably proofread your own post's before flaming the picture for having errors... A lot of you.

I expect better proofreading out of my freshman college students. This is yet one more example of their utter lack of professionalism.

Also the title and art work momentarily got me hot and bothered as I thought they might surprise us with collisions and/or knockdowns again. What a bunch of teases/trolls they have over there.

So while you expect better proofreading out of your freshman students, the simple concept of a sale alludes you compared to a Command Post, or is it an inability to remember that every Friday at 1pm(EST) they post up a new sale?

TBH, it was corrected shortly after.

The only thing that remains is a minor spelling error with the Boar Head's variant name (there is no T in it).

The only mech that uses the "T" in its variant name is actually The Death's Knell (COM-TDK).

Well if i'd do such a mistake in math at my profession, this would be the end of it.
And this is the second time now.

So, N.O.P.E., till there is some professionalism. Sry guys, and I'd really like to buy.
