The 2 ppcs in the arm pack the same punch as the YLW's AC20 and the jumpjets give it some added mobility. It doesn't zombie at all but with good torso twisting you can last for quite a while. I haven't really found the XL engine to be a liability. When my sides go I've usually already lost my arms.
Beyond that, play the meta for everything its got.
I made it out of parts I had laying around. A XL300 is a bit to light, but if you happen to have an XL310 around it can also be made to work.

I haven't decided yet if 2x ppc erppc + ppcs works best. By paying attention to range and heat I can use the er to get a bit more damage in some situations but I'm not sure if the extra heat limits things overall. If anything the erppc keeps the lights away.
