I just redeemed a $25 point card trying to get the 3000 mc, I recieved none of the mc. Anyone else run into this before? where do i go from here?

Email support at support@mwomercs.com. Explain to them what happened and they'll sort it all out. I'm not sure when they're around so you might have to wait until tomorrow before they respond.

I had an issue with Ultimate Pay a while ago. Although that was another service (bank transfer) it also went via UPay. This payment method takes up to 7 days. On the 8th I wrote a ticket and got my MC within 12h (incl. the bonus from the Black Friday Sale). Just give them all Informations you have (the Code^^), should work out fine.

Support will sort you out.
It's a shame they seem to so often need to intervene to sort out payment issues.
You'd think a reliable and easy payment gateway would be a publisher's first priority.
