Where Are The Phoenix In-Game Tags?

I was under the impression that the members that purchased a Phoenix package would receive an in-game tag, reflecting the tier of the program they got, next to their name on the scoreboard, similar to the ones founders have. To clarify further, I am not speaking of the hanging medallions, as those were Phase II of the Phoenix Loyalty Rewards, nor am I talking about the forum tags that we have.

We were supposed to have these tags in October, it is now January, and these tags are still not present in game.

What gives PGI?!

Yep they should be in with the Feb 4th patch.

Oh really? That's cool, I was really beginning to wonder whatever happened to the Phoenix tags, thanks for clearing that up.
