There is no ice on the glass. The effect you see is small chips, scuffs, light refraction by passing through the thick window, and dust.

The effect is only distracting the first few games, because it's a new feature. You will get used to it.

its dirt not ice, but you would of thought somebody would of cleaned it before it lives the mechbay.
