Lots of damage being diostributed to them now...may even have to downsize to an xl335 to add another half ton of armor to them. Im not sure if i like the hitbox changes yet...anyone else having this problem?

Fine with me just up leg armor, I'd rather have an extra ton in leg armor than be cted all the time.

Yea, I think they added the hip hitboxes to the legs instead of CT. It should help the Cataphract a tiny bit, it's CT was a bit squishy. They did the same to the Catapult, but I have yet to really notice much of a difference.

I think only the folks whom strip leg armor will notice the change. I stack armor whenever possible and I barely get my legs in to orange on both my phracts and pults. I could just be rather lucky though.

I usually run ~52 points of leg armor regardless. Anything less and your prone to getting legged.

Back in the day I used to be able to get away with 44, but then people started to learn how to play.

Downsize to a xl335!? What do you carry in your phracts, machine guns and medium lasers.

2JJ+2uac5 or regular+ 2 ppc and max armor. Not going to get that with anything bigger than a 300. No need to go so fast on a poptart. The only build I like with a faster engine might be the dual lbx with 4mlas a xl320 and max armor.

I wonder how the people across the pond are handling things...

European, Aussie, and Asian 'Phract pilots, do you find yourself getting legged a lot?

No more than usual, the chest is still very much a focus in my three Phracts. Only time I see significant leg hits is when jumping/poptarting.
