The Titan uses different firmware than the gaming GPUs. Although it's marketed as a gaming GPU the Titan is actually a workstation GPU with error checking enabled in the firmware. Possible solutions could be to flash your firmware with one that doesn't have error checking. Otherwise perhaps sell your Titan for a GTX 780ti?

And submit a support ticket with DXDiag and Omicron log attached. Good luck with resolution.
