Freeze Lock Down Bug

So I have this really annoying really stupid really weird introduced JUST AFTER this stupid patch.
My screen will go black during a game and when the game flickers backon again, I'm stuck at 10FPS or less! As in wtf.

And when my mech dies It'll immediately jump back up to 60-80 fps as usual. This is so ******* stupid I don't even know how I'm going to send a support ticket about this...

I see you have been around for a while, but will ask anyway, have you run the repair tool before you send in a support ticket? Good luck with resolution.
