Make The Kill Music Optional

the topic says it all.

i start to hate the heavy metal kill music. currently when i see someone in my team using this mech, i have to hold myself back to not teamkill him just to avoid his kill music.

PLEASE make it optional, so everyone who do not want to hear it, can turn it off in the options.
