From a Lore perspective, the only other jumping Inner Sphere heavy out in 3050 that carries an autocannon is the Axman, which we will likely never get.

The only other heavy with balistics that we don't have is the Caesar, but doesn't jump, and the only other heavy with jump jets is the Grasshopper, which is energy heavy.

And those three are the last IS 3050 heavies that haven't already been added to MWO too...

The guillotine, flashman, champion, lancelot, exterminator and Black knight are also 3050 heavies, but only the guillotine and exterminator jump and both are energy heavy. Jumping heavies are rare, and jumping ballistic heavies are even rarer. In fact, I can't think of any other jumping heavy with more than one ballistic weapon. There's a handful from 3055 onwards that pack a single gauss rifle, but that's about it

*Tempest, Falconer, Merlin, Cestus, Helios, Jinggau and Verfolger are the jumping heavies with a single ballistic.

Oooh, forgot about the SLDF 'Mechs, but the Merlin is 3025 tech and available and merc friendly. Lack of configs might be a problem...

Good point. The Merlin appeared in 3010 and was the first new design in centuries.

Actually, the Merlin does have 3 variants (I know, surprised me too) - The MLN-1A, MLN-1B and MLN-1C. There's just not much difference between them. Not really sure that it would add much to the game though - mostly it's a slower crappier Quickdraw. The 1A and 1C both have a single machine gun, so they'd at least have a ballistic slot though

While it's not exactly a "ballistic heavy," the guillotine would be a great addition to the game. It could also fill the jump sniper role if loaded with PPCs.

Because the game definitely needs more jump snipers!

Not that we are likely to get it, but 5M version of the Marauder has jump jets and mounts a ballistic weapon. The other 3050 versions that jump don't have ballistics, and the others with ballistics lack jets.

Even moving up to 3055 era mechs, heavy, jump capable mechs with ballistics for the Inner Sphere gain only the Tempest, Gallowglas, and Falconer.

The Victor's maneuverability is good enough to be a heavy and the WVR-6R is big enough/tough enough to almost be a heavy; they're both ballistic jumpers...

That'll probably be the closest we get though for a while.
