Barring a blanket discount on the paint, perhaps offering them in packs (I.e. the camo pattern, plus three colors for a net discount) so you could set up theme packs.

Maybe a lower ELO bracket with newer players? I see a lot of custom paint usually (not saying I'm in high ELO bracket or anything because I'm not).

ELo bracket has less to do with it than how long they've been playing I would guess. Regardless it never ceases to amaze me that without fail about every 3-4 weeks we get a new crop of "this should be free" threads.

No, no they shouldn't. They get a cbill boost. That's what premium is for. It doesn't entitle you to anything more than that.

I would say make the old colors back. That should increase difference in colors. (Like Atlas with it's redish color, Hunchies with it's navy blueish color, Centurions with it's steel gray color, etc.)

They could toss the Founders a bone and allow the Founder's colors to be unlocked like Phoenix.
