Second, no the time incentives were not immediately released with the Phoenix package. They were added about a month or so after the initial announcement. As for whether you get it if you buy Ala Carte, ask their support team.
Oh and for things like this that are not in yet, they belong in the Upcoming Features section.
well, since it's been a month since the Clan Pack was announced, seems like it's on the same schedule.

My time limited incentive for them is that if they want my money, they better start releasing features rather than/in addition to mechs.

They don't say if that's the case, if it's retroactive or not?
But looking at it all it's so meh, some premium, then 1 of each cockpit item type and then those garish colours that they painted the clan mechs in...
PS: Why add a coffee mug item to the cockpit when we still don't have mug holders?!

But what about social reward? I mean, I'm tempted just to buy the uller (and drop money month by month if i can), but i don't know what the social rewards will bring, and if I just wait for it to show up, if it's already march and Premium time bonus is gone, i won't take it anymore.
Any thoughts?

And we're supposed to buy the clan pack without any details on what we're actually getting? All I know is the clan mechs are going to get nerfed to IS mech levels... No details on clan weapons, hardpoints, engine caps, nothing... no word on the incentives, war horn (wtf is a war horn?), additional modules, ... ?
I don't see the point in buying a clan mech if it's just going to be an IS mech in a clan wrapper. I mean the whole point in the clans, and the "Clan Invasion", is they come back and turn the IS inside out, right?
I need facts. Details. Not convinced any of this is going to end up being worth having at all, let alone for these insane prices.
And no, I'm not just trolling.
Convince me PGI to spend the money, and I'll probably buy a clan pack. But what little info you've released has done more to talk me out of buying, than to talk me into buying.

From what they've said the IS mechs will be the ones that can mix and match armor types/amounts and engine types/sizes but are restricted on hardpoint types. The clan mechs will be restricted on engine size/type and armor amount/type but will be fully modular so any hardpoint can hold any weapon type. The source material supports this because supposedly the weapons of an Omnimech were easy to mix and match but the engines and whatnot were hard wired in so it was very difficult to change those out. And vice versa for battlemechs.
All and all, I think that's not a bad way to go. There would be no point in having created all of the IS mechs if they were going to become worthless. And CW (if it EVER comes out) would suffer greatly because nobody would want to play IS houses if you just got face rolled 100% of the time. Both will have a unique flavor.

we can either merge the threads and i can remove the other, or we can follow both. But i am hoping this issue can be cleared up fast.
But you never know, if you dont get it you might be able to buy it later...

- I have already pruchased my Clan Package in December, do I still get all the mentioned monthly rewards?
(i assume yes,but a definite answer is apreciated)
- to earn the coffee mug, do you have to own both a founder and a phoenix package? or is only one enough?
(i guess you get one mug per purchased (founder/phoenix) package...so you get two when you have both, but a bit of clarity would be good)
- what is the social reward?
