So, funny thing.
When I have the UI up, my GPU is working. When I'm in game (full screen) and minimize - or at the ready screen, it doesn't.
Working on a loadout though? Just sitting there? GPU is running hard.
Any reason why? I'd like to be able to minimize the UI and let something else play w/ the GPU. The game itself stops when minimized ...

It just is. And there is nothing you can do.
They would have to code it differently.
Perhaps it will work the way you want after the UI2.0 patch next week. Of course, there's always the possibility that it'll be even worse...

GPU also still working when you're logged out due to inactivity.
I mean, yeah, I'd prefer it didn't ... but yes - chance of it being worse.
