Okay, I have tried multiple resolutions, I've tried hovering and waiting, but there are still no tooltips/information about weapons in the mechlab. No matter what I do...is this intentional? I want to know the exact damage like I used to have in the ui1.0. How do I find this?

In the Mechlab, when outfitting a 'Mech, you need to hover your mouse over a weapon in the inventory and a pop up window will provide you all the information. You need to hover over the weapons you can equip, not the weapons you have equipped.

But it's still probably easier to use a 3rd party off-game tool that is in no way connected to the dev team (e.g. Smurfy).
