Hopefully they'll come through and resolve it soon.
I get the feeling they'll have a lot of support claims / complaints to work through...

Still waiting on support to get back to me.... Bah! I'd be better off starting a new account and just building a new mech with the cadet bonus.

Its a feature change, because Artemis itself functions like a module, and only speeds up targeting for S-SRM and LRM.
A launcher was a launcher before, so if you had bought say a LRM20, or SRM6 before you installed Artemis, it automatically upgraded all the ones you owned after installing the 750,000 Cbill artemis module, instead of making you buy a new launcher for each weapon.
They reduced the cost of both the Artemis module, and the launchers now.
You can swap artemis equipped launchers at any time to any mech if they're in your inventory because they're seperate weapons now, all thats required now is to reinstall or remove the 200,000 Cb module.
This actually saves you $$ in the long run if you're finding that Too many slots and tons are taken for the 30% accuracy bonus you get, and need to switch back to standard missiles.
The only cost increase is the initial investment on the launchers, but swapping from Artemis and back to standard is much cheaper.

See The thing we're upset about ( I am at least ) is that the patch notes said we could KEEP ALL OUR LAUNCHERS if they were equipped, or if we just had them in the inventory to be more direct. a lot of us HAD THEM IN OUR MECH when the patch hit.
The patch notes specifically mention that if we have Artemis launchers in the inventory let alone equipped on the mech, we'd be able to keep them and would have to buy the standard launchers again. But they were taken to Limbo, destroyed by the patch. Kind of the EXACT opposite of what the patch notes said would happen.
I don't care if it's cheaper overall, or that it's cheaper to switch between the two. I'm sure the people posting with this problem don't care either. What I care about is Paul's patch notes were BLATANTLY WRONG. If I can't trust the freaking patch notes for FREAKING PAUL. What the **** can I trust. This is a Major BS situation and it needs to be fixed. Can I not trust what the developers say anymore?
So should I just say "SCREW ALL PATCH NOTES" and just spin a wheel of shit every patch? This Issue NEEDS to be addressed.

Yeah, if thats the case and you had loadouts already setup with artemis and its still gone, thats unfortunate, probably due to a typo, either way.. sucks.
