Bought some mech credits with my paypal account, said "The final payment amount may change when the merchant completes the order."

This has never been a problem in the past, transactions were done in what seemed to be instantly and now I have been waiting over 3 hours.

Ok, wtf, mech credits just came in.... so UPDATE. took a little over 3 hours for some reason to get the transaction to go through... which may have taken 3 seconds before...
