Started playing with MWO a month ago, and everything was fine until today noon-ish GMT+8. First it was bad rubberbanding, couldn't even move out of my starting position. I've tried various methods to improve the situation, such as doing a hard reinstall, partial repair using MWO repair tool of .pak files, restarting router and pc after 5 minutes switchoff, doing a DNS flush as well as turning off firewall on my PC.

In short, nothing worked, and I kept having the same problems, as the day wore on my problems got worse, and I couldn't even get into games. The screen would be stuck at "connecting", then it boots me back to the home/mechlab screen. Mech is then stuck in deployed mode until the game ends. I have attached a pingplotter run of IP tracert to a PGI server IP, and it shows a 100% packet loss for 4 hops which just don't go away. I hope there is some kind of workaround for this so I can play the game again.

PS: I am using Starhub Cable internet, in Singapore, and a friend who is using the same ISP seems to have no problems whatsoever.

Been having the same issues, never had these problems with MWO in the past. But now almost every match will come to a crawl, and then resume after some seconds.
