In my opinion, both weapons are great for meta builds but sub par for general use. I normally shift to 2 AC10s to get the old AC20 feel. I tried the 4 AC5s build on my Jagger but it was too limiting to me. I only use an AC20 on a specific play style otherwise I find other builds. I find the longer PGI adjusts the weapons more and more they are getting less generalized. By that I mean weapons are getting tuned for a specific function or use.

Sooner or later we will start seeing a best build list like the spec builds in wow before bliz removed the trees. Well, that is, if MWO lasts that long. Most everyone I know is falling off as we can't all play together. I find it really interesting when companies make it hard for people to use their product. I guess PGI feels the game is so compelling that we will all fight to play and give them money. I wonder how long it will take for another company to come along and steel PGIs customers? Or will we all just get board and find something else to play? Everyone I play with are actively looking for another game that we can all play together. Sad really, we all want to play this game, to bad PGI hasn't figured out that social is the glue that keeps people playing.
