I still don't know how to fix this, nothing I do fixes it. I can run Battlefield 4, Crysis 3, any anything else on max smoothly with now slowdowns, over heats or crashes. It's pretty much a game optimization issue at this rate.

Is there anything else I can try? Because at this rate this games not going to work for me and I won't be able to play it.

It is entirely possible to have every game but one work fine. There is no way to tell exactly what causes this to happen.

I recommend using MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision X (you may have to try both) to down-clock the GPU and memory speeds on your graphics card. I know you said the graphics card isn't overclocked, but that doesn't matter. Try it anyway. Take the GPU speed down by 30 MHz and the memory speed down by 50 MHz. Then test it by doing your normal matches in MW:O.

If the problem stops happening or happens less often, then your graphics card isn't stable at its default clock speeds. Hopefully it's new enough that you can get an RMA for it (or return it to the store). If not, then you'll have to live with a down-clocked card. You may be able to fine-tune the speeds though, so you aren't losing the full 30/50 MHz. I just give those numbers as an extreme first step.
