I've only noticed this bug on River City day and Crimson Straits. A few mechs on the enemy team are bugged to where I cannot target them at any point during the match. Even when it is just the enemy and I, no ECM. The computer says "Target Acquired" yet the triangle stays empty and the target readout never appears.

I don't know if this is where this goes but couldn't find a forum devoted to reporting bugs.
