[Nice C]

Hello I'm Nice.C and this is for Europe cell of a clan. The main clan is only open to invite and the name is serect but as head of the europe devison I will be allowing people in europe to sign up wiht out invite.
If others would like to join but not form europe I will talk to the guy incharge and get a international public cell set up.
The europe Devison cell name is not yet decicded so post some ideas and I will be chosing some people to join
Europe,Speical,Opperations or ESD.
I will edit this and post more.
