I would suggest that ecm no longer prevent targeting of a much, but with the following limitations:
1) you get no automatic indication of an ecm equipped mech. That is, you get no "hollow triangle".
2) in order to target a much with ecm, they would need to be in normal radar range, and you can only target then if your reticle is placed directly over them.
3) mechs targeted in this way are still immune to missile locks

The benefit of this change is that it would still provide an ecm equipped mech with significant stealth. However, it would also enable the opposing team to coordinate fire and alert each other of visual contacts, even when not on voice comma.
