I submitted a ticket, but wondering if anyone else has this problem or knows of a solution. Maybe there is some magic "Checkout" button I failed to press somewhere???

For some reason my "Play Now" button is now greyed out. Doesn't matter which mech I select, it won't let me play. Have to restart the client to get it to work again.

I get this bug, too. It turns out that if you wait around, eventually it will drop you into a match, although if you hit "Play now" multiple times it can get borked in the sense that it gets confused. So if you tried with "Assault" the first time, then try again with "Conquest" the second time, you can end up with either.
Sometimes it crashes a few minutes into the match, too, maybe then it tries to drop you onto a second match while you're still in the first one.
