I've never applied any of the cockpit stuff, am I missing something?

The cheerleader was only included with the limited edition which is no longer available.

I bought the limited edition on January 10th, didn't try the Mech until now though.

You need to add it from your Mechbay, in the Cockpit subscreen. It should be a Standing item. Simply equip it as you would a module or weapon. Don't forget to check out.

are you positive you bought the limited edition? Check your XP transaction log. I didn't realize they were different initially, and there were 2 versions available.... for a 500 MC difference. I bought the NON limited edition intentionally because the cheerleader was not worth 500 cbills. If your log shows you paid the current GI price, you did not purchase the Special Edition. If you did buy it and the cheerleader is not in the cockpit or your items list, then contact support.
