If you by chance have a fs9-h lying around here's whatcha do ( you may be able to use other variants)
-strip it down to its bear bossum
-upgrade everything besides Artemis
-put in a XL engine (I used a 265)
-put a uac5 in your preferred side torso
-Put a double heat sink in each torso
-put 2 ML into the CY
-fill other side torso with ammo
P.S. I did this a while ago so you might have to fiddle around with the armor

It's super fun because nobody expects a firestarter to have a freaking uac5 and you can always fiddle with ammo and laser etc...
