Is it just me or does anyone else suspect that another credit nerf has been implemented? I had an 800 damage match with two kills and only made 160k credits with premium time. Normally I would have expected around 200k credits. Played a couple hours and I don't think I had even one match above 180k.

PGI - Can you please confirm whether or not you nerfed credits earned again.

Thanks

The bigger nerf to earning c-bills is the massive clickfest that is the "Glorious" UI2.0...

All the extra time spent clicking around that abomination of a User Interface is simply time you aren't playing the game and earning c-bills.

Lol. Couldn't agree with you more.

In seriousness though, have you noticed matches earning much less?

I haven't noticed that, but I will admit that most of my MW:O time since the patch has been spent fiddling with the UI.

The matches that I have played seemed like I earned normal levels of c-bills, but I wasn't really paying attention to it so I couldn't be certain one way or the other.

We haven't been earning enough C-Bills for a long time now anyway.
It's time for a ******* boost for everyone.

My premium time is still running and I see that whole "premium bonus" to my cbills.

I think it's an ingenious plan. Cut cbill earnings, put 'mechs up on sale for MC....when people want new mechs, they have to pay real money for them. That way, they can fill their coffers with as much cold, hard cash as they can before everything fails.

Not noticed any real difference. You do get huge difference in C/bills though depending on if you get savior bonuses or defense bonuses. So I've had 180k+ and 220k+ matches with very similar damage/assists/kills. Makes even less sense sometimes when I have more money and xp for no kills but loads of assist than when I get the kills and a few assists.

To be honest I think the fact it takes less time to save modules now makes up for it, so we are probably about even on the wasted time front. Still It's a joke I need 4 clicks to exit the game. and about 28 to do anything else .

I haven't noticed a difference.

Please do not compare total ammount earned to previous games. Look at the values for each component of your earnings.
Do you still get the same cbills for win/loss?
Do you still get the same cbills for each kill?
Do you still get the same cbills for each component destruction?
For kill assists?
For savior kills?
and so on...

The total amount doesn't say anything about a change in earnings. It's meaningless as a base of comparison, without the knowledge of each specific point that can earn you money.

Thanks for the replies. I'll keep an eye on individual component earnings when I have a chance.

It's that after so many hours of playing, you start to get a feel for how well you will do credit-wise. At least that's been the case for me. Prior UI 2.0, after three hours of playing, I'll typically make around 160k on the low end, 185k mid end and well north of 200k for high end, which wasn't the case at all my last gaming session.

Egomane - Any way you can get confirmation from the devs one way or another without putting the onus on the player base to track their own component earnings? It's either a yes or no answer from them, and I'm sure this would be of interest to many.

Thanks

Any adjustments to the earnings have been anounced so far. If we didn't get an announcement, at the individual component earnings seem to be unaffected, I tend to beleive there was no change.

My contact to the devs isn't better then that of any other player. If you really want to know and beleive that there was a change, you should try to get to them directly via twitter or indirectly with a mail to support.

I can... I've had a few matches that seem too low, to the point I took a screenshot.

So yes, earnings do seem a bit lower to me too.

I'm getting nothing like the screenshots above, and with 2-3 kills per game. With premium last night I was getting 130-160k. I'll take some screenshots tonight.

Just to follow up, I played a lot this weekend, and I'm pretty sure there was no nerf. Most of my matches were around 180k to 240k. I must have just been having an off night with respect to my original post.

Thanks for the replies.

Part of the difference seems to be the lack of premium bonus, (apx 75k). I cant see all the numbers in the breakdown of cbils earned, but the win, assist and and kill subtotals seem to be equivalent in the before and after.

no nerf i think, got premium and 300k with my Ilya(+30%) still no prob. it was a bit tricky the last days to earn the same, cause the lights seemed to be even more bugged in hitzones, but today it works better, spider/ember hsr still broken crap, but the rest is hitable again with balistics ^^ thx for that improvement if u did something about it PGI =)

Turret kills are the latest CBill nerf.

From what I can see, when a turret scores a kill, no-one gets the kill or damage bonuses.
