I've purchased the Elite package at the moment. If I choose to, at a future point while the deal is available, purchase the Legendary package instead, would there be a mechanic in place to upgrade the account, rather than to spend a new $120?

Similar issue here. Tried ultpay with 2 different cards, both declined. Went to paypal. Then got an e-mail from Ultpay saying it went through and they are working on it.

I'd like to only pay for this game once. x.x Hopefully it isn't too much of an issue to work out.
