I'm in South Africa, so it's just bearable to play on EU servers. Playing on NA will be torture, and then not being able to transfer your stuff over to EU would be a nightmare.

I love MW and am willing to spend money on it but damnit, I can't be stuck on NA servers, it would ruin the game for me.

While I have been excited about this game for a long time, it is very difficult to justify the layout for a "sight unseen" product. Hope its good value for money and not just hype for those that have already payed up. In the past games that have had premium/collectors editions have been a bit hit and miss. Good Luck and I hope your hard earned goes a long way toward ensuing that the final release is a refined product.

I bought that Founders Package too, but so far no money has been withdrawn of my PayPal account and it says that the payment is still pending. I only write this because I have never had this before... is it because I am german?

So basically - you can buy it now, stay on NA servers, and then transfer to the EU server with all of your stuff intact.

It's also the same thread that I remember him mentioning they were still looking for a publisher in EU.. 90% positive.

the mechs gained by this package are still standard varrients. which you will be able to buy with cbills.
the xp and cbill boost, yea looks like a little bit "pay to win" but you may be able to buy xp and cbill boosts with cbills later on, it wont directly effect gameplay, just faster progression in the game.
you wont be able to get the "Founder Fourm Tag" and "Founder Mech Skins" with cbills

Perhaps Europeans with Founder's Packages will still be in the open beta but on NA servers? I can't really make the clarification with such wording, but ehh.

Edit** Yes I can, click the link in my previous post. Russ Bullock's quote there was in response to someone asking about that very issue in text. EU founders WILL be playing on open beta, but on NA servers.
