i had the same problem yesterday. If you choose Paypal you could have the same problem. I got a paypal message , that my transaction is "complete", but i didnt get any order confirmation mail, etc from mwo.
I contacted the support and sent them my paypal transcation id. The support couldnt find any transaction on my mechwarrior online account, be he found the paypal transaction. He said it's a bug. At this time they didnt know it's paypal or their own system. After some mails he confirmed my order manualy and i got the mechwarrioronline confirmation mail and my founder pack.
in my opinion the problem is: i used an other mail at paypal then at my mechwarrioronline order - looks like the cant refer these both transactions.

so please contact the support if you didnt get any confirmation since yesterday.

A. There are some variables at play that are too difficult to explain, suffice it to say we dont know for sure but I can say that Aug 7th is very likely the longest it will run. But it is limited so don't wait too long if you can afford to. For those waiting on paychecks etc I would say we have in all liklelyhood at least 4 weeks at the minimum

tried to purchase the founders pack this morning CC was decline used it this morning for gas and talked to my bank its all good on there end. sent and email to support havent heard anything back not complaining and i understand it takes some time at support anyone have any ideas?

I payed for the legendary pack today and recieved an email with the confirmation of nthe transaction. The email included a transaction ID, that has exactly as many digits as the "redeem code" section in the profile. Is the transaction ID the code I have to enter there under "redeem code"? If yes, I have a problem, because it always tells me, that an error occured while redeeming the code.

Hmm...sadly for now it seems when system requirements update came up that I can't get package because of owning Windows XP and not Vista or Windows 7 thus I can't play the whole game.
Hopefully that's really not the case. Have to ask some guidance from Piranha staff.

So just to clarify ... after 7 Aug any progress we make ... mechs we buy , exp we gain , ingame money we get will not be reset? and essentially for founders the game is live?

Or is the game going to folllow the usual path of closed beta.. open beta ... game reset of all assets ... launch!
