I'm attempting the transaction from a mobile browser (safari and opera on iPhone) which may be part of the problem. Some folks have said after that after multiple "cancelled" transactions they tried in Firefox and it worked. I suspect that, like a previous poster said, it has something to do with the pay system trying to protect you. Probably detecting a potential threat somewhere in the process and auto canceling it. I'd wager it's not a real threat though and just real buggy. I'll have to try later next week when I'm home and have access to my desktop with Firefox. I'll post if I get it to work somehow.

Like y'all have said... I'm curious how these fellas that had the same problem now have their founder badges. I guess they forget about others with the problem once they've got it resolved. :-(

^Started to write that post before the previous poster gave some additional info about the PayPal side of things^ How to get around the supposed "security issues"? Who knows... Like I said, I'll try Firefox when I get home... See if that works.

So I ended up getting it to work by using a credit card through mobile Safari. Finally just gave up on PayPal. I think it's just that PayPal security doesn't like the payment system. If anyone has any specific questions I might be able to answer... Let em rip!

It's really dumb they need to get another transaction system, cause this one is broke.

I'm deployed overseas and have tried both credit card and paypal, and it is accepting neither. I use both accounts all the time so I don't know what the problem is, but I guess no founder's pack for me.

I agree they need to get a new payment system. Ultimate Pay can not handle it. I'm over seas as well, and they are still having this same problem. Paypal will clear the transaction, but then Ultimate Pay cancels it.

I understand security is important, and it better be important to Ultimate Pay, but but if your users can't use it, then you are deafeating the process.

Actually it saved me money. I wanted to buy two new mechs right now, but playing all weekend I was able to purchase the mechs with C-bills. oh well... its only Piranha that is out on this one.

Still, Piranha, I don't know what kind of contract you have with Ultimate Pay, but you need to loose them.
