Yes there is more to what I've heard so i guess i understand better now...Still not thrilled but I'm going to play some.... I wont be spending money in till my mechs are back to what I bought.....

The PPC nerf is more of an adjustment than anything else, you have to lead your target slightly more. If you run PPCs + AC-5s, they're almost in sync now (*cough*nextPGInerf*cough*). Haven't really tried the CERLL yet, but rolling back ghost heat was a good idea.
