It seems that all weapons have got those range improving modules now. The only exceptions are PPCs and ER PPCs. (and UAC-5)

Do we know if PPCs will get their modules too or if the Developers decided against it?

My guess would be that they probably had a different style of module (such as reduced jamming or smaller min range for PPC) in plan for those but wanted to see how the basic ones would go first.

That or they just wanted to avoid giving buffs to two of most popular weapons right now

I hope so. PPC is one of my favorite weapons.

I'd like to see minimum range reduction for the PPC and charge duration extension for the Gauss.

I don't think they want to up the range of PPCs, a module reducing minimum range would be nice.

So something as the PGI did with the Improved Gyros Module? They increased the cockpit shake and then offered the Improved Gyros Module?

They have reduced the PPC damage between 0-90 metres to zero, so now they can offer "PPC Damage Module" that will reintroduce at least some damage dealt within the minimum range?

I know that there is optional rule In Tactical Operations, p.103. You can disengage a PPC's field inhibitor, albeit at the cost of possible side effects.

Those weapons are overpowered so they didnt get modules.

It's probably because PPCs are already too hot. Any additional heat penalty would further cripple an already crippled weapon.
