I know it is not the only important stat. However, it is easily found checking in your stats under profile. And regardless of what anyone says, you dont get a 3.0 K:D ratio being bad at the game.

Last time I asked this some people had absurdly high 50+ KD ratios as a result of being in teams vs the noobs right after open beta started (thats when I asked). I would be interested to see how it has changed over time across all the updates.

Please do put both the ratio and totals also how much you play in and out of groups. No shame in always being on team speak!

I personally have gotten somewhat annoyed with playing on team speak and my group not talking much so Ive recently been playing PUG a lot more and my ratio has actually gone up.

Funny, our stats are really similar. Mine show 862:553 for a kdr of 1.56.
Avg Exp: 407.23, Avg CBill: 102.6K

I was at 400:400 once, so since that period I've had a ratio of 3.01. I attribute this to smarter play, and better hitbox awareness. My W:L is finally in the green, too.

Pugging definitely makes it a challenge, and I try to group up with fellow Steiners as much as I can; even if its with one other guy on comm, the game becomes a lot more fun.

Considering how easy it is to inflate the K/D, a more appropriate measure to see how you stack up to others and contribute to the team is avg XP earned per match.

Mine jumps around. I currently have a 1.37, but it was as high as 1.44 before I started playing a bunch of mechs I needed to XP up on. When I play a select few favorites, I usually get a 4:1 or better ratio.

3.57 (1728/484), been steadily increasing for a while now. Someday I hope to make it back to where I was in Closed Beta, at 4.
Primarily team play, but usually only 2-3 people without coordinating builds.

I don't even own anything that carries ECM, primary mechs played recently: Cataphracts, Stalkers, Centurions, Jenners.

KDR: 2,488 / 732 = 3.40. W/L: 1,175 / 759.
Solo pug about 50% of the time, teamed up with 1 or 2 friends the other 50%. Very rarely found in a 4 man.

Mostly driving AWS-8R, CN-9D, CAT-A1, CTF-3D, STK-3F, HBK-4SP. Not a big fan of Atlas or light mechs.

Loving the game and patiently waiting for more things to spend CBills/XP on.

Actually think I last looked at my stats about October - not bothered really at all. I can play a whole night and get hardly anything killwise but tons of assists. Wouldn't be bothered if we didn't have them either.
