So ELO uses only win/loss ratio to create matches . I belive we already have individual ELO for every weight class so why not have individual KDA per weight class and use it as balancing filter .

I am not suggesting that ELO should balance with KDA . I suggest we use KDA inside the matchmaker to separate weight class and relative KDA of each player and use it for balancing .


For example :

2 Jenner Pilots .

Both have 55% win rate on light mechs but one has 1.50 KDA and the other has 1.00 KDA

So match maker should find another light mech pilot of silimar KDA and place him on opposite team .


That could prevent having all good players on the same side .

How about kills per match...

That would be a more useful stat than kdr.
