I get it when trying to view my own profile just to see if my name is right

Very slow response from the website all around, and yeah, no access to the profile. But I was able to buy my pack Got an email confirmation right here.

now i can't see anyones profile, so i guess it has something to deal with profile tags they're adding...

There has been issue with the profile system before. Web guys may have things disabled to work on something new or more likely:

A fair number of forum software suites have a tier setup of features that can be set to disabled under various levels of server loads. Give the forums time to die down some from the excitement of Founder's packs being bought and the deluge of questions regarding them.
