Intentional Teamkilling: What Do You Do?

First guy he kills says 'Enjoy your penalty', this player says 'Yeah yeah 10k Cbill so what?'
Then he starts shooting me, I try to walk away but he and a red finish me. Then he starts on another, before he can finish the reds kill the target, then the TKer.
I took a couple SS, but couldn't really capture 'evidence'. Also, stats at end of battle show him as 0 dmg, 0 kills, so obviously not even tracking TK there.
What is the best response here? Other msgs say 'Send a support ticket', but no one say what the ticket needs to include, or if they ever result in a response.
Checked the Support tab, there IS no support mechanism. They just give you an email address with hours of operation. I know PGI doesn't have the word 'community' in their vocabulary but this seems ridiculous.
Anyways, how do you guys respond to an intentional, self-declared TKer who just doesn't care if there is a 10K C-bill penalty?

This.
A SS is helpful but not necessary. Chat and FF is logged. So, he may not care about his 10k cbill penalty, but he may care more when he's banned for repeated teamkilling.
For all PGI/IGP's faults, their support staff GM's are actually really helpful and generally respond pretty quickly. Of course, they won't tell you what action is taken as is the way these things are. But I can say, in the year+ I've been playing, I've never had them fail to resolve an issue I have had, and in many cases go well out of their way to do so.

This..
Need a TK (TEAM KILL) percentage ... that is tracked on the player scorecard for EVERYONE to see... if it adds up to 100 percent you are KICKED from the game and banned for xx minutes or whatevers... This is 1990s PC stuff for crying out loud..
PGI and employees and fan boys will tell you that you need to screen capture, Email support... yadda yadda yadda... Like I have time to Email some PGI employee that because of the lazy programing they did for their GAME I have to Email them when a simple program can handle most team killers?
I strongly believe in dueling Swift Justice.... Leg em and take out weapons... but dont kill.... Been playing for over a year(16 months) and had to do this perhaps once a month... Never been banned...

Oh, come now. Firing off an email to support@mwomercs.com takes 2 minutes.
They don't automate TK banning because quite frankly friends do it.
But they DO track your friendly fire damage and TK's in aggregate, and take that into account when you are reported for teamkilling.

I will submit that I"ve never seen massive Team Killers Back(same person).... so perhaps this does work....
But this is like how the FAA works with plane crashes... they just clean up the mess afterwards instead of preventing the problem in the first place.
I"ve seen people log in and just team kill ENTIRE team... someone on our team said he has been doing it for HOURS (this was a year ago though)...
Thats why a team kill or TEam hurt percentage would greatly enhance the game... If you TEAM kill a FULL armored ATlas you should be autokicked immediately... but if you just accidentally shoot a random AC/20 and the shot hit your damaged Atlas buddy in the back and he dies... then still get the minus 10k C -Bills but not kicked...
If you leg someone TWICe in a game (teammate).. you should be kicked,ect..
Its simple math...

Is that really the reason? Most friends do it? Are you referring to the 16 Free For all Mode (24 now I guess) that some clan people do? Everyone starts up a game... Presses Right Shift+F11 to remove HUD... then Everyone attacks whomever,ect..
Most games that are in BETA have an Email version of support to report teamkillers...... its an archaic method and slow process... Game that are done with Beta should have an INGAME process to DEAL with TEAM KILLERS
World of Tanks USED to have this... but now have an impressive computer algorithm that takes care of it...
Alof of First PErson shooters in PC games use a similar method.

They don't. And while implementing something wouldn't be a tremendous amount of devtime, it's still non-zero. I can only assume they feel their existing system works well enough that they'd keep their current, limited development time focussed on tuning UI2.0 and getting CW up and running.
And to be sure, I've got some 4000 drops. In that time, I've probably seen about a dozen intentional "I'm being an ******" teamkills. Maybe 2. That's not a whole lot. I've certainly never seen anyone wipe out a whole team as they get legged and left or killed outright very quickly if they persist in teamkilling.
Maybe it's worse in mid-Elo where there's more new players (or rather, throw-away accounts) made specifically for this purpose? I don't see new players pretty much at all, so there could be that.

Then you've been lucky not to have been reported by anyone else.
