There is the twist too. Don't forget the superior jumping ability. Last night, I was 'bunny hopping' over three twin AMS firestarters, an ECM Raven 3-L, Orion and Stalker with a party of one Atlas D-DC and one Battlemaster.
The Atlas died quickly. We killed the stalker. Disarmed (as in removed his arms) the Raven. We killed the Orion. The Battlemaster died. Got a firestarter. I survived, so did 2 firestarter enemies and the Raven. Resource points were taken.
I spent an insane amount of time in the air, and I only had 3 or 4 jumpjets. Imagine if I had more. I was literally boing! Streaks! Boing! Streaks! Streaks! Boing! Streaks! Boing! Like Trog. Good classic game.

Best thing about the Griffin that no one has mentioned - it's the new king of torso twist at 130 degress before any unlocks. (156 degrees once elited) Especially as a LRMisher - it's great to be able to literally fire at someone while running directly away from them.
Dammit, you just reminded me that the Vulture hasn't been announced yet.

Another Griffin video!
On my channel I also uploaded a few more if anyone is interested. They are labelled as Tasteless Accented Gameplay: Screwing around with the only accents we can decently perform -- and being awful at those accents -- we had one of those nights with just a little too much to drink. I didn't perform as well as the video above.
