The Patch Notes state...

"- Missile Turrets will now be prohibited from firing LRMs at any targets if they within a enemy ECM field"

...but I was still taking missile fire out on the Crimson Strait island, and I was piloting an ECM Cicada.

Was your ECM in counter-mode ?
Was your ECM destroyed (they break very easily once armor is gone) ?
Did you actually have ECM installed ?
Had you been tagged ?
Was your ECM countered by an enemy's BAP/ECM ?

Are you sure none of the above apply ?
If your answer is yes: submit a support ticket !

Also: What was your distance to the firing turret?
