Title: Wiege der Basilisken (Cradle of Basilisks)
Super-Soldiers with Wolverine(Marvel) like Healing Factor, Infra-Red and low light capable eyes that enable them to tell wether or not somebody is telling the truth.
Battlemechs fighting Jurassic Park Style Dinorsaurs.
Technology from Star Trek.
Watching Star Wars in Universe.
Discussing Technology of Star Trek(not from watching a show, mind you, but from the Free Worlds League actually trying to get the Star Trek Transporter to work)
Person having to walk through Hyper-Space ON FOOT whenever the ship she's on is doing a Jump.

All on the very first 100 pages.

*puts book away and starts other new Battletech Novel*

Two things come to mind at that picture:

"What is this I don't even" and

“Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?"

I just spent wasted about five minutes thinking about a good response to this.

I have none. Carry on, loyal BattleTech fans and writers. Nothing here to see that won't harm your IQ.
