Depends on you really.

They're all good mechs, but it comes down to what you're willing to spend vs time it'd take to get it through grind for free.

COM-2D - 1,787,542 C-Bills (Avg 20 matches to get). Normally 715 MC (£2.10) > 357MC (£1.05). Does not come with ECM +400k C-Bills.
RVN-3L - 5,862,992 C-Bills (Avg 80 matches to get). Normally 2,350 MC (£6.90) > 1,175MC (£3.45). Comes with ECM.
CDA-3M- 7,097,444 C-Bills (Avg 100 matches to get). Normally 2,840 MC (£8.34) > 1,420MC (£4.17). Does not come with ECM+400k C-Bills.
AS7-D-DC- 10,486,012 C-Bills (Avg 150 matches to get). Normally 4,195 MC (£12.32) > 2,097MC (£6.16). Does not come with ECM - However, selling the Command Console gets you the Module +100k.

The Commando you can bash out in an afternoon, so may not be worth spending money on.

Semi debating picking up the raven or cicada... though I'll probably leave it, just because I've spent too much lately overall.

Victor-9B is 50% off the usual MC price.

You really can't go wrong with any of the Victor chassis. In contrast to the 9S, the 9B features a total of 3 ballistic slots but only 2 missile slots. So if you wanna go for streaks, better get the 9S instead. However as always: You can get the chassis for C-Bills and might want to save your valuable MCs for something else.
