For some reason games would end when it was down to a DC'd mech. For some reason this changed with patch. ?Now hunting down a mech that is DC in a spawn is a pain but no big deal. But when the last guys does some damage and runs off to DC then it is BS to spend 15 mins waiting to round to end. This affects gameplay more than more things, and needs to be addressed. TY..

I'm going to assume this has something to do with the rejoin after being disconnected feature that a lot of people have been constantly asking for.
If that's the case, I think you should just live with this minor inconvenience, and think of it as bonus component destruction.

Is it only Skirmish where this happens? I'm pretty sure I was in an Assault match today that ended when the last non-DC enemy player died.
