Omni Components - Mirrorable?

I know there is a lot of OmniRage percolating on the forums, but I've got a question that is a bit less lofty.

If an Omnimech has a left arm that you really like, will you be able to put a left and a right arm on that have the same set of hardpoints? If you really prefer your autocannon to be left-handed, can you switch arms?
