Lrm Turret Ignoring Ecm Coverage

I'm under ECM cover provded by a friendly Cicada 3M, yet the LRM Turret continue to rain missiles on me.... what gives?

The turrets are a bunch of hackers.

They also keep firing at you until you leave their range, doesn't matter if they can't see you anymore because you ran between houses/hills. The rain just keeps pouring.
