Did They Lower Exp Rate?

Am I crazy or has PGI lowered the exp rate? I know there was a double xp event, but I swear today it feels way lower than it was before the event.

Not that I have noticed. Are you playing worse? Or, are you confusing getting double XP from first win of the day?

Or did Premium Time/Champion bonus stop or not playing with now? Are/were you playing with Premium Time/Champion Bonus?
