Hi, everyone. I have trouble with activation 7 Day Premium Time. When I activated code "HAPPYHOLIDAYS", I saw following message like: "Your code was redeemed successfully. Thank you, and enjoy your content!" but premium time didn't added in game client and in Redemption History status: not redeemed(((
It was Feb.4th after UI 2.0 patch was installed.
What did I do wrong or did the activation time was ended?
And can I still get this bonus now???

You're going to have to contact Support via E-mail to see exactly when the offer ended. I would think that something for Christmas would be long over by February, but I could be wrong.

As long as you had an account at that time, it still works.

Don't you have to activate it in game using the activate button?

Could be wrong, but pretty sure you had to redeem the code before January 31st.
