When I come out of a game and go from the Home screen to the Mechlab and then to the Skills screen I get a pop up panel that shows "Slots" and "Tonnage" in a bar graph format.. it looks pretty cool but only lasts for a second before it fades out.
I can only get it to happen after I come out of a match the first time. Has anyone else notices this?

Isn't that the hover panel when you hover over a mech in the mechbay?

No, that's the normal weapon info panel, showing slots and tonnage, plus a graph showing where damage falls off because of range. The one shown is blank. Somehow, he's got a bug that shows him that screen after a match.
