Hello and erm I'm confused ... apparently I can make a new post but I seem to be unable to reply to any other post on the forum?

Until you complete 25 matches in the game your account is a "Rookie" and you have limited posting privileges. You can freely post here in the New Player Help as well as the Patch Feedback sections and a few other specific locations.

Freely isn't quite accurate...I think you are limited to 5 posts per day until the restriction is lifted...

If you want more of a war, look into joining someone participating in one of the tournaments/metagames!
