As it is now, holding the arm-lock key will toggle arm-lock, but letting it go with revert to whatever the user has set. It makes more sense (maybe just for me but in general too I think) to make the key toggle the arm-lock setting permanently. My reasoning is that whether or not I need arm-lock on depends on which mech I'm in. Only rarely will I temporarily need it in the middle of a match, and a toggle behavior would work just as well in such situations.
